• The club starts at 7.20 am
• The club will operate in our Main Hall and the Small Hall to ensure social distancing and keep children with their appropriate bubbles.
• Entrance to the club will be via the small hall before 7.45am and through the main reception area after 7.45am
• Charges are £5.50 per session. Payment is required in advance.
• The club does not operate on INSET days.

All bookings should be made in advance via parentmail. Information on how to register or book can be found here. 

If your child has not previously attended Breakfast Club then please complete an information form about your child before their first day. This can be emailed to the club via breakfastclub@rodingprimary.co.uk or brought in on their first day at the club. This form is important so the club has relevant contact details and needs of the child.

The information forms can be downloaded or a paper copy collected from the school office.

Payment for Breakfast Club is required in advance for you to secure your bookings. You can do daily payments or block bookings.

Block payment 

This is where you pay for a term or month in advance. Block booking secures your child’s place.

Interim payment

Depending on demand it may be possible to book for a whole term but stagger your payment. To take advantage of this, you must first book and pay for two weeks’ in advance on ParentMail and then contact the school to reserve a place for their child for the rest of that term. The school can add the remaining bookings for the term to ParentMail, following the pattern of the sessions already booked. However, you will have to pay for a pre-booked places at least 2 days (48 hours) although these places must be paid for a minimum of 48 hours before the pre-booked session is taken up. Daily Payment

Subject to availability it is possible to make bookings on an ad hoc basis. You will be required to make a payment to secure this booking.

It is important that children are not dropped off at the school without a prior booking. At the time of booking, payment will be required. Ideally, bookings should be made 48 hours before attendance. If, due to an emergency this has not been possible, please place and pay for your booking on the day, and provide evidence of payment to the Breakfast club team to enable them update their attendance register.

Payment via Childcare vouchers

Parents/carers can make payments by childcare vouchers.

To make a booking, please email breakfastclub@rodingprimary.co.uk with details of the days you wish to book and the name of the voucher provider your employer uses and we can ensure that we are registered with them so payments can be made to the school. The school can then reserve the places required for you. Evidence will be required that you are registered for childcare vouchers in order for us to reserve places and you must still ensure that you have paid in advance for the places booked. The school will then credit ParentMail with these payments so that your account remains up to date

If the voucher provider you and your employer use is not listed, we would be happy to register with them. Please email us with the name of the voucher provider and we will aim to register with them as soon as possible.
