Here is some more information about KidsOwn clubs for primary school age children.

KidsOwn is registered to look after children of Reception age up until Year 6 age and we currently collect children from Churchfields, Oakdale, Ray Lodge and Roding Schools.  Churchfields and Oakdale schools going to Woodbridge High School, Ray Lodge and Roding going to Ashton Playing fields.

Afterschool Club

The children are collected from their classrooms and walk back to Ashton Playing Fields in their school groups.  The children then have free play until 4.25 when they wash hands before eating a hot meal together.  The meal is made onsite and includes, pesto pasta, vegetarian curry, stir fry noodles, spaghetti bolognaise, followed by fruit and a small dessert.

All reception children are allocated a key person who is responsible for providing feedback to parents supporting the prime areas of the EYFS, ensuring that we support the children’s individual needs. 

We provide a range of activities each evening and these include free play and organised, arts and crafts, sports, quiet and group activities each evening.  Please visit our website www.kidsown.co.uk or see our Instagram for some great pictures of what we get up to!

Afterschool Club Costs

Cost per session is £16.00*, fees are based on the 39 week school year, this divided by 12 to give a an even payment throughout the year, which can also be set up as a standing order.  There is also a deposit of £100.00 to pay.

For example, 2 after school is £104.00* per month, per child.  Please note we have a minimum number of 2 fixed sessions per week. (2 x16=32 x39=1248/39 =£104.00 per month)

Holiday Club 8.00am – 6.00pm

Our holiday club is open between 8am and 6pm during all the school holidays except Christmas.  If you require holiday clubs please contact us as soon as you know as we have limited numbers charlotte@kidsown.co.uk

Held at Woodbridge High School, drop off/pick up Wynndale entrance on St Barnabas Road.  We use public transport to visit a variety of different places both in central London and locally - Museums, Tower Bridge, The Planetarium at Greenwich, Shrek world, London Aquarium, Madam Tussauds and many other cool exciting places! When we are not out on trips the children take part in various themed activities - art and crafts, dancing, yoga, games, cooking etc.  Children will need bring a packed lunch and a refillable drink with them, we supply breakfast and snacks.

Holiday club costings

The cost is £45.00* per day and this includes breakfast and all snacks.
